The fantastic Luxury Old Quarter Hotel & Gym Hanoi is located near a lake district, about 5 minutes' walk from the bustling Hanoi Night Market. Featuring 24 rooms with views of the city, this 4-star hotel is 2.6 km from the buddhist temple "Tran Quoc Pagoda".

Location

the staff gave me a list of things to do and helped with questions. linda greeted me upon arrival and provided information about trips. she efficiently handled our bookings, so i had hassle-free tours. all the staff were courteous, cute and friendly (i can't praise them enough).

The whole hotel seems a bit dated. Our room had some dirty spots and some signs of mold. i used the air conditioning only once, trying to dry the air, but had to turn it off immediately. the ac sounded like it came straight out of hell.

the beautiful double or twin room was equipped with two bedside tables and lamps. the wardrobe included both hangers and shelves for clothing storage. the bathroom featured a large mirror and a hairdryer.

the breakfast buffet included a selection of fresh fruits, cereals, and pastries. hot dishes such as scrambled eggs and bacon were available daily. coffee and tea were served promptly by the staff.

the reception desk was staffed 24/7, providing assistance with tours and transportation. the concierge offered maps and local information. daily housekeeping maintained the rooms well.

the staff helped me book a day trip, very helpful! linda assisted with finding overnight accommodations. the room was clean.

The gym is a tiny room. It only has one treadmill.
