excellent service and central location
helpful staff efficient handling friendly staff hassle-free tours
the staff gave me a list of things to do and helped with questions. linda greeted me upon arrival and provided information about trips. she efficiently handled our bookings, so i had hassle-free tours. all the staff were courteous, cute and friendly (i can't praise them enough).
The whole hotel seems a bit dated. Our room had some dirty spots and some signs of mold. i used the air conditioning only once, trying to dry the air, but had to turn it off immediately. the ac sounded like it came straight out of hell.

the beautiful double or twin room was equipped with two bedside tables and lamps. the wardrobe included both hangers and shelves for clothing storage. the bathroom featured a large mirror and a hairdryer.

the breakfast buffet included a selection of fresh fruits, cereals, and pastries. hot dishes such as scrambled eggs and bacon were available daily. coffee and tea were served promptly by the staff.

Fantastic staff and great location
smooth pickup excellent location really good service
They also arranged my pickup and drop off from the airport. Everything went smoothly. The location was excellent. I could walk to many attractions. the staff provided really good service.
The gym was quite small. It featured only one treadmill and some weights. the air conditioning there did not seem to be functioning, not ideal. it felt cramped, especially with others waiting.

I could customize the breakfast to my liking each morning and there was large selection, though the dining area was sometimes a bit crowded. the fresh omelets were definitely a highlight. it was a Very pleasant start to the day.

The hotel organized airport transfers. The driver was punctual. This service added convenience to my travel plans, though I had a slight mix-up on arrival. the staff promptly addressed any questions or concerns.
